We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Merchandising Manager to join our ambitious, high-growth team. You'll take ownership of our online merchandising, inventory performance, and product presentation, using data-driven insights to maximise sales, profitability, and the customer experience.

To help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for an E-commerce Merchandising Manager who takes ownership, thinks commercially, and uses data to drive decisions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time, optimising our online merchandising, and continuously improving the shopping experience. From analysing sales trends and managing inventory levels to planning promotions, monitoring margins, and creating engaging product and category pages, you’ll play a key role in maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The Role
- Manage inventory levels & replenishment
- Analyse sales, stock & profitability data
- Optimise product listings, collections & category pages
- Plan product launches & promotional campaigns
- Monitor gross margins & pricing
- Identify slow-moving & high-performing products
- Improve conversion, average order value & sell-through
- Prepare buying plan based on historical data
- Product weekly trading & inventory reports
- Recommend new products based on customer demands & sales trends
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns & merchandising

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
