We are recruiting for staff to work in two exciting independent businesses in Daventry Town Centre. The long established Suncity19 Beauty Salon, and the brand new Dr Trilby’s Escape Rooms!
The owner is looking to step back from working day to day in the salon, and hand over the management to a senior technician / therapist.
With the imminent launch of the new Escape Room business this Summer, we also need staff to work here too. (This is located just around the corner from the salon, in the High Street).
So the first position we wish to fill ASAP, is for a Salon Manager for Suncity19. In brief, you need to have experience in treating clients in nails (especially nail extensions) and / or beauty (especially lash extensions). This is a full time role, and you should expect to spend at least half of your working hours initially with clients whilst you recruit more staff (in addition to our current team of established techs) to grow the business. You would also have the opportunity to be involved with the Escape Room and spend a portion of your working week involved in the running of this business too if you wish.
As your team of beauticians expands, you will spend more time managing, training etc and less time hands on with clients. Having recently carried out a full salon refurbishment, everything is in place for the right candidate to build the business according to their own vision and ambition. A generous package of £30k - £40k basic salary, plus profit share and perks is on offer for this role.
