Crossroads Care Kent are recruiting for a full time Carer Support Worker and a carer Support Worker Assessor for our Urgent Care Team in West Kent.
The roles are full time opportunities for NVQ qualified candidates to join our fantastic Urgent Care service in West Kent. The team are responsible for providing high-quality rapid response care to carers and their families.
Duties will include supporting a family at end of life or during an acute episode to avoid hospital admission. The role is varied and often no two days are the same. A Support Worker on our experienced Urgent Care Team requires flexibility, confidence, and capability to deal with challenges and step into situations quickly with new families. Details of the opportunity available:
Carer Support Worker - Urgent Care Team (NVQ2/3 required)
Up to full-time guaranteed Hours available - 30 to 37 per week
£14.41 per hour day rate, enhanced rates for nights and unsocial hours
An Assessor role is available, dependant on experience, with an hourly rate of £14.88 (minimum of an NVQ level 3 or equivalent required for the Assessor role )
