Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the LE9 area. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, support pupils across the classroom and make a genuine difference to children's learning and development every day.

- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to boost learning and confidence.

Help create a positive, safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Support children's academic, social and emotional development.

Adapt to the needs of individual pupils and contribute to their overall progress.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the school's location.

A positive, proactive and reliable approach with excellent communication skills.
