Experienced Barista – Small Square Cafe Shoreditch
Small Square Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly and hardworking team in Shoreditch.
If you have experience working in a busy café, enjoy providing excellent customer service and can stay calm under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and other drinks
- Serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Preparing sandwiches and light food
- Keeping the café clean and well presented
- Opening or closing the cafe when required
- Working as part of a team in a busy environment
Requirements:
- Previous cafe or barista experience (essential)
- Confident latte art skills
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good spoken English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
