Senior Clerk of Works

The Senior Clerk of Works will act as Choice’s monitoring agent on construction quality, compliance, safety, and both traditional and modern methods of construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistent high standard. By championing best practice and innovation, the Senior Clerk of Works will play a key role in improving residents’ outcomes and strengthening Choice’s reputation for quality housing delivery.
