We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to support our growth. To fit in you will require;
Experience maintenance works in both Industrial, Housing and Commercial properties.
Have a positive outlook and be flexible in your approach
Have great customer service skills
Be time served/qualified in at least one building trade but have the ability to complete multi trade projects from time to time.
Qualified to Health and Safety standard of and carry a relevant CSCS card for your trade.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for various construction and repair projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
