Job Responsibilities
- Make sales calls to prospective leads who have enquired about courses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and unlock high bonus potential through engaging conversations with prospective leads via phone call, video call or face to face meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Experience
- Fitness Qualifications not required however a passion for health and fitness is essential.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets
- Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
