Job Summary
HMR Infraa Construction & Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Project Operations Supervisor to support construction project delivery, site coordination, and daily operational control. This role is ideal for an organised supervisor with experience in construction, infrastructure projects, site operations, contractor coordination, and project administration.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily project operations, site activities, schedules, and workforce coordination.
- Support construction and infrastructure project planning, delivery, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers.
- Monitor materials, equipment, documentation, safety checks, and operational requirements.
- Track timelines, budgets, work quality, risks, delays, and project updates.
- Prepare reports, site records, progress summaries, and operational recommendations.
- Help resolve workflow issues, resource gaps, and project coordination concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in construction operations, infrastructure projects, site supervision, project coordination, or facilities works.
- Previous supervisory experience within construction, engineering, or infrastructure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project operations, site coordination, health and safety, contractor management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage site teams, deadlines, suppliers, documents, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management software, reporting tools, scheduling systems, and construction documentation platforms.

Pay: £3,500.00-£5,500.00 per month
