You'll develop your customer service skills in an office-based, call-handling role. This challenging position puts you at the centre of our communication hub.
You'll handle professional communications with clients and internal teams using our bespoke systems. Working within a high-performing team, you'll help maintain our commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.

Fluent, clear, and professional English language skills

Proven telephony experience - preferably from a customer facing role (minimum 6 months)

Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and manage workload, effectively multi-tasking at pace

Credible, confident, reliable, and resilient

Proficient in use of Office365 and comfortable learning new systems
