We're looking for a HR & Finance Assistant to join our Head Office team and help support the people, processes and systems that make this possible.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys organisation, building relationships and making a difference behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our Business Manager and wider team, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, invoicing and employee administration.
What you'll be doing

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration

Assisting with payroll preparation and HR processes

Processing invoices, payments and financial records

Helping to coordinate training, meetings and staff engagement initiatives

Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for staff, residents, families and suppliers

Supporting projects and improvements across the business
