Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef De Partie to join our vibrant culinary team at our newly refurbished Lucianos in Hamilton.The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a background in Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and front of house to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and identify a need for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant setting
- Strong background in food production and culinary techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team effectively while maintaining high morale
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- Available to work 40-45hrs per week,over 4-5 days with weekend and weekday availability
- Salary of up to £33,000 comprised of wage plus gratuities, based on experience and a 40 hour working week
