NFU Mutual West Essex – Commercial Lead Generator
£18,000 per annum
Part time 21hrs per week - We can be flexible on both number of hours worked and how these are spread across the week.

What you’ll be doing
· Identify a minimum of 25 local businesses per week that are NFUM Mutual target trades and within our target postcode areas and load these into our CRM system.
· Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per week to identified businesses to generate quote opportunities.
· Act as a coordinator of marketing campaigns within the office to maximise on customer contact and filter out any duplicates or non-target opportunities.
· Represent the agency at local business networking events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
· Record and track lead activity using internal CRM tools and processes.

About You

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Able to prioritise own workload.
· Experience of cold calling to businesses is desirable but not essential.
· You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Level 5/Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics.
Benefits
· The salary will be £18,000.
· The position is 21 hours per week, on a mutually agreeable working pattern between 3-5 days per week within standard office hours.
· We will consider flexible working around school holidays if required for the right candidate.
· Hybrid working available once probation passed.
· The FTE holiday allowance is 25 days, plus bank holidays.
· You will also receive an additional days holiday to be taken on your birthday.
