Responsibilities
- Assist with meal and food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health regulations
- Help with dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and proper storage of kitchenware and ingredients
- Prepare serving areas and assist with plating or portioning food as directed by the kitchen team
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Support in maintaining an organized and sanitized kitchen environment at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
