Full-Time Chef – Perthshire Countryside

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team of a busy hotel set in the beautiful Perthshire countryside.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume operation, serving 400–500 covers per day, so this role is ideal for a chef who is comfortable working under pressure and delivering consistent food standards during busy services.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a busy professional kitchen team, preparing and cooking food across a high-volume hotel operation. You’ll need to be organised, reliable and able to maintain quality and consistency when the kitchen is operating at full pace.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience handling 400+ covers per day would be highly advantageous
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong preparation and service skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Reliable, hardworking and a genuine team player
- Comfortable working weekends and evenings as part of a rota
- Hotel or large-scale hospitality experience preferred
