Office Coordinator — Residential Construction (North London, N7)
Trident Master Construction Ltd (TMC) is a London building company delivering high-end residential refurbishment and construction. We're growing, and we're looking for an organised, capable Office Coordinator to run the engine room of the business from our North London office.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who can keep a busy construction office moving — managing the paperwork, procurement and submissions that keep our projects on track, and giving our directors and site team a dependable office to rely on.
What you'll do
- Keep accurate records of costs per job, and maintain our project and cost trackers
- Handle day-to-day basic bookkeeping entry and scanning, preparing clean records for our accountant, creating invoices and quotes in Xero software
- Order materials using our established supplier list, and keep procurement moving to site deadlines
- Liaising with third party building control companies
- Prepare and submit planning applications
- Sourcing addresses and sending mail out letters using online planning portals
- Run general office administration and keep company records well organised
What we're looking for
- Experience in a construction, building or property office (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with building control and planning application processes
- Confident IT skills — Excel, email and document management; bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero an advantage)
- Highly organised and accurate, with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
- Able to manage several priorities without losing track of the detail
- Comfortable working closely with directors, site staff and suppliers
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £15 per hour for part-time or can discuss salary for full time
- A genuinely varied role with real ownership of the office function
- A friendly, ambitious team building a high-quality reputation in London
- Variable role on offer - Full-time, Monday–Friday / part-time 5 hours per day
