Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Property Development Manager to help with our development project. Projects include extensions of residential properties as well as conversions from Commercial to Residential. Require oversite of our in house building team and managing project in line with Architects plans as well as building standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development process, including site analysis, feasibility studies, and project planning.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project specifications meet all regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones, permits, contracts, and compliance records while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Pay: £25,420.00-£54,426.85 per year
