Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in renting properties, offering professional advice and guidance.
- Negotiate terms between tenants, and landlords to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, contracts, and correspondence related to lettings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction progress from initial enquiry to move in. .
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively for clients and the company.
- Proactive approach with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
