- Developing LabVIEW Real-Time software for data acquisition, control systems and hardware communication
- Building and enhancing FPGA functionality using LabVIEW FPGA and NI FlexRIO platforms
- Creating high-speed data processing pipelines and control algorithms
- Developing robust communication between FPGA and Real-Time environments using DMA and synchronisation techniques
- Writing clean, maintainable and scalable production software
- Supporting software architecture and technical decision-making
- Contributing to code reviews and engineering best practice
- Developing automated testing capability and supporting continuous integration activities
- Working closely with physicists, systems engineers and R&D teams to transform concepts into production-ready solutions
- Supporting software verification on simulation environments and physical hardware
