As a Night Care Assistant at Broomfield Village Care Home, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Providing care and support with activities such as washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes as well as offering companionship and emotional support. You’ll help create a safe, homely, and uplifting environment.
You’ll work closely with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure personalised care that reflects individual needs and preferences. Whether it’s participating in activities, helping maintain personal spaces, or promptly responding to requests and emergencies, your compassion and attentiveness will make every day meaningful.
