Sign Maker /Project Manager
Pay: dependent on experience £28-35k annual
Stand Out Signs is a growing and ambitious signage and print business specialising in delivering large scale creative visual solutions. We produce a wide range of printed marketing materials, including POS, signage, exhibition graphics, banners, signs, floor graphics and hoardings, working with a variety of leading brands across multiple sectors. With a focus on flexibility and adaptability, we cater to all client needs, from small orders to complete company rebrands and promotional events all over the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Client management and quoting.
- Material ordering and supplier sourcing.
- Wide format printing and laminating. Running roll to roll and flatbed plotters.
- Maintain equipment and perform repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to refine ideas and concepts for their signage needs.
- Booking in client projects and planning timeframes.
- Liaising with colleagues.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in this industry
- A passion for creativity and craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive and team focused attitude
- Full use of adobe suite, predominately illustrator.
- Able to use Roland versa works rip software.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to sign making and installation.
- Experience in customer service to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to assemble various types of signage efficiently.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labour tasks.
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and reading schematics.

- Full-Time Monday to Friday (total hours and start/finish time) 8-5 with hours lunch unpaid.
