What you’ll be doing
- Lead day-to-day recruitment activity across the organisation, managing a varied portfolio of live vacancies from approval through to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what they need, shape campaign plans, advise on attraction routes and keep recruitment activity moving.
- Use LinkedIn Talent Solutions, professional networks and targeted search to identify and engage candidates for hard-to-fill and specialist roles.
- Use recruitment data and feedback from managers and candidates to understand what is working well, what could be better and where we can make practical improvements.

Role location: Hybrid working (on average 2 days working out of our Mansfield office)
