Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, organised, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at My Packaging. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be confident answering phone calls, and provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.
You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling payments, organising deliveries, producing invoices, and ensuring customers receive a professional and friendly service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Produce invoices and take customer payments
* Print and manage website orders daily
* Organise and monitor deliveries to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time
* Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveries
* Handle customer enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
* Offer helpful product and packaging advice to customers
* Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
* Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer details
* Support the sales team and help build strong customer relationships

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Good computer skills and confidence using order systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
