We're looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Relief Support Workers to provide companionship and community support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, physical disabilities and older people across Cookstown and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding role where you'll help people live more independently, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences in their local community. Whether it's accompanying someone on a walk, supporting them with shopping, attending appointments, enjoying days out, or simply providing good company at home, every shift makes a genuine difference. What you'll be doing Providing one-to-one companionship and support. Supporting people to access their local community. Encouraging independence and confidence. Assisting with shopping, appointments and social activities. Completing accurate visit notes using our care app. Communicating professionally with families and the management team. Following care plans, risk assessments and company policies. What we're looking for Caring, patient and reliable. Excellent communication skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided. Enhanced AccessNI check (or willingness to obtain one). What we offer £13.00 per hour. Paid mileage.
