LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR & NEGOTIATOR
Location: Glasgow West End
West End Letting & Sales is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Lettings Administrator & Negotiator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role supporting both our lettings and property management departments. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will play an important part in delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Arranging property viewings
- Processing tenancy applications
- Supporting move-ins and move-outs
- Assisting with property marketing and advertising
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Updating property management systems and records
- General office administration and customer service duties
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Confident using computers and online systems
- Positive and professional attitude
Desirable
- Previous experience within lettings, estate agency or property management
- Knowledge of Scottish tenancy legislation

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
