Role Overview
We are a high-performing, well-established estate agency brand in Crawley looking to recruit a dynamic Property Lister. Offering a £23,000 basic salary with guaranteed initial earnings and a realistic £40,000 OTE, this is a brilliant opportunity for a driven property professional looking to focus on valuations, business generation, and branch growth.
Working closely with our branch team, you will act as the local market expert—winning instructions, advising vendors on property marketing, matching buyers, and stepping up to support branch leadership when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Valuations & Instructions: Conduct expert property valuations, deliver tailored marketing advice, and convert appraisals into instructions.
- Business Generation: Proactively source leads, win new business, and build strong local market authority in Crawley.
- Deal Execution: Work alongside the team to match properties with qualified buyers and secure top prices for vendors.
- Branch Leadership Support: Assist in driving branch profitability and take charge of running morning team meetings in the Branch Manager's absence.
