We seek to appoint a capable and well-organised person to service our existing client base and further expand our portfolio of fully managed and non-managed properties, with a view to maximising profits for the company at all times. The position we offer, although demanding at times, is both varied and interesting and will often involve the lettings co-ordinator meeting with landlords and tenants at the rental properties.
Previous experience within the residential lettings industry is considered an advantage but is not essential. It is a requirement that candidates be non-smokers, a car owner/driver and ideally match the following criteria:
Possess proficiency with computer systems
Have a sound educational background
Energy to cope effectively with increasing workload
Self-motivated, while working as part of a team
Enthusiastic and friendly personality
Close attention to details
Methodical approach to work
