We are recruiting a world-class, uniquely talented Social Media Manager to take total ownership of our Facebook and Instagram channels.
This is a complete blank canvas with zero corporate structures holding you back. You will have a massive runway to experiment, innovate, and execute high-leverage strategies that get the entire country talking.

Work From Home: You will be remote for now until we secure our Norwich office, at which point it will transition to a high-energy collaborative setup.

Paid for Value, Not Time: Getting paid is strictly based on the elite content you generate and the impact it makes, not the number of hours you sit staring at a screen.

Guerrilla Strategy: Planning and executing bold, out-of-the-box social campaigns that demand attention and cut through the digital noise.
Pushing the Envelope: Creating content that tests boundaries, sparks debate, and walks the fine line of high-impact, edgy marketing.
Content Generation: Transforming raw property data and sharp area insights into high-performing reels, stories, and posts with a distinctive, unapologetic voice.
Aggressive Growth: Obsessing over reach and engagement, jumping into the conversation, and building a massive, fiercely loyal community from scratch.
