Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Guest Relation Executive to join our esteemed hospitality team. The Guest Relation Executive will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our organisation’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing relevant information about services and facilities.
- Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the booking system.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalise future services.
- Promote hotel amenities, special offers, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in two or more languages is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage in communicating with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear articulation and professional demeanour.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Good organisational skills to manage reservations and guest records efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
