Job Summary
LET IT are a long established and professional Letting Agency based in Hillington, Glasgow.
We are currently looking for an Inventory Clerk/ Letting Administrator to meet our growing business needs.
The Role
The role involves carrying out detailed inventory inspections & final inspections at properties and associated administration work within a busy Letting Agency.
Also, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors daily to ensure the quick turnaround of properties.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm with a 45-minute lunch break (unpaid).
About You
The post holder will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are presented to the rental market looking their absolute best. You will be dealing with finalising a tenant's deposit when the have vacated a property, arranging & handling quotes and works from contractors for remedial works in between lets, so it’s also important to have a good understanding of cash flow and admin.
Candidates for this position should be super organised, detailed, and diligent, as well as able to multitask. It will suit someone who is a very strong communicator, great at conversing with people from all walks of life and calm under pressure.
Role Requirements
- Computer literate and good customer service skills.
- Experience in the private rented sector and property letting background is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Clean, current driving license.
- Use of your own car is required.
