Associate Dentist – Private Practice
Part-Time | 2–3 Sessions per Week Initially | Flexible Days

We are looking for an ambitious, personable and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our modern, fully private dental practice on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry, values high-quality patient care, and wants to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking private practice environment. We are initially offering 2–3 sessions per week, with flexibility around working days and scope to grow over time.
Our practice is digitally driven, growth-oriented and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who is confident discussing treatment options, building trust with patients and helping them through their smile journey with professionalism and care.
The Role
You will provide a range of private dental treatments, with a strong focus on patient communication, treatment planning and delivering excellent clinical outcomes.
Treatments may include:
- Invisalign
- Composite bonding
- Teeth whitening
- General private dentistry
- Smile makeovers and cosmetic treatment planning
You will also play an important role in helping patients understand the benefits of modern cosmetic dentistry during both routine examinations and dedicated consultation appointments.

Essential Requirements
- GDC-registered Dentist
- Experience working in a private or mixed dental practice
- Strong patient-centred approach
- Confidence discussing private treatment options including Invisalign, whitening, composite bonding and other cosmetic treatments
- Commitment to high clinical standards and continuous professional development
Desirable
- Invisalign experience
- Interest in smile makeovers / aesthetic dentistry
- Experience in treatment planning and converting cosmetic consultations
- Interest in wider private treatments such as implants or facial aesthetics
