Job Description
- You will be working within the sales team on sales of product promotions.
- You will be answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
- You must fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders or queries they may have
- You must contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimize personal performance and work on sale product promotions
- You will liaise with the Distribution coordinator as required ensuring delivery requirements to customers are met
- You will develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature
- You will occasionally assist with deliveries / warehousing at particularly busy times
Skills & Qualifications required
- Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and enjoys engaging with people
- Ability to work towards and achieve individual sales targets
- Smart well-groomed appearance
- Ability to meet flexibility requirements for working in line with the stores trading hours
- IT literate
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Have experience and knowledge of working in a retail environment, be highly motivated, enthusiastic with experience of delivering high levels of customer service in a retail environment
- Desirable to have an understanding of our automotive product ranges as well as car parts.
- Be able to work using own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Able to communicate to a wide range of end users
