Head Fitter/Installer – Bayford Lofts (Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas)
We are seeking sub-contract skilled Fitters to join our growing team based in Hertfordshire. We carry out installations throughout various locations in the UK such as London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, and maintaining various components and systems in accordance with specifications and safety standards. This role is crucial in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products and services, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

About the Role
You’ll lead installations of loft storage solutions, including boarding, hatches, ladders, and insulation, ensuring every customer receives a safe, practical, and professional finish. This hands-on role offers ownership of jobs and the chance to make a real impact as the company grows - this is a sub-contracted role.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role, carpentry, joinery or multi-trade experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently, lead jobs, and deliver excellent customer service
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- Comfortable working in lofts and at height
