Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in and around the Hampshire area, providing high-quality care to individuals in a domiciliary/home care setting.
Responsibilities:-
- Assist service users with personal care tasks such as;
- Washing, dressing, and nutritional needs
- Support service users with mobility around their home/ in the community
- Help in transferring, and repositioning of service users
- Follow individual care plans for each service users
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plan reviews
- Use IT systems for record-keeping and communication
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
Experience:-
- Previous experience in a home care setting is desirable
- MUST drive and hold a UK driving licence
- Proficiency in English language skills- Strong communication skills
