Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for support workers to work on a 6-month temporary contract.
This is a full-time position, 42-hour contract on day shifts.
Shifts: 08:00-20:00, rotating shift pattern.
Role requirements:
- Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
- Promoting independency and positive encouragement.
- Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
- Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
So, what are we looking for?
- Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
- A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
- A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
- A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.
- A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
- Ability to build strong relationships.

Where are we located?
This role is located in Crewe but is commutable from Warrington, Macclesfield, Whitchurch, Drayton Market, Leek, Northwich, Alsager, Sandbach & more.
