We’re looking for a qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join the team at our Manchester clinic. You’ll work chairside alongside our dentists and specialists, keeping treatments running smoothly and making sure every patient feels genuinely looked after from the moment they sit down.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the practice. If you take real pride in patient care, love a calm and well-run surgery, and want to keep growing in a modern, supportive team, you’ll fit right in.
Assisting dentists and clinicians chairside throughout a full range of treatments
Preparing the surgery and setting up instruments and materials ahead of each patient
Keeping patients comfortable, informed and reassured, especially anyone who’s a little nervous
Maintaining the highest standards of decontamination, sterilisation and infection prevention & control
Handling accurate charting, clinical notes, and patient records
Managing stock, ordering, and day-to-day surgery housekeeping
Supporting the wider clinic team to keep the day running on time and stress-free
GDC registration as a Dental Nurse (essential)
NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification
A warm, reassuring manner and excellent communication with patients and colleagues
Sound knowledge of decontamination and infection-control protocols
Great attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine team-player attitude
Right to work in Ireland or the UK
Experience with implant, sedation, orthodontic or other specialist treatments
Post-registration qualifications (e.g. radiography, impression-taking, oral health education)
Familiarity with digital dentistry and practice-management software
Previous experience in a busy multi-surgery or private practice
We invest in our people the same way we invest in our patients. Here you can expect:
A modern, technology-driven clinic and a genuinely supportive team
Structured training, mentorship and clear routes to develop your career
Support with your GDC fees, indemnity and ongoing CPD
Uniforms provided and a well-equipped, welcoming working environment
The chance to grow within a progressive dental group expanding across Ireland and the UK
Salary and full benefits are discussed openly at interview and reflect your experience and qualifications.
