Responsibilities:
- Ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory levels
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and logistics systems
- Working in a fast paced role adhering to SLA's
- Communicating directly with customers regarding any delivery enquiries
- Weekly stock check
Additional job roles including admin, deliveries, cleaning will be required from this role during quieter periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Must be able to carry large quantity and heavy parcels of incoming stock
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Use own initiative
- A high level of Customer service and telephone manner is required
- Work well as part of a team
This is a full time role 37.5 hours, permanent position between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
Additional hours may be required during busy periods
Pay: From £24,784.50 per year
