An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join Cranswick Poultry team.
The key elements of the role are:
- Ensures that the department operates to the correct working standard
- To ensure correct batch codes, use by dates and appropriate stock routines are followed and are appropriately recorded on the audit sheets and entered into the System
- Ensure correct stock rotation
- To visually appraise the product and if non-conformances are noted, report these to senior Management / Technical immediately
- To guide and train new starters
- Ensure the companies hygiene policies are adhered too and maintained at all times.
- Ensure correct storage of the product in the area
- Supervise operatives on a day to day basis ensuring that performance, product quality, good housekeeping, discipline and safety standards are maintained.
- To ensure correct recording of KPI
- Ensure all issues communicated to area team leaders/ managers in timely manner
- Able to cope under pressure and flex with production peaks, ensuring the team are supported and achieve their objectives
- Ensures that the team consistently achieve set standards
This advert covers two vacancies- Packing Team Leader and High Risk Team Leader
Shift pattern is: 17:00-05:00, 4on 4off
Job Type: Full-time
