Your Role:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and community activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and well-being
- Foster positive relationships through consistent, respectful support
- Help clients safely access the community, appointments, and leisure activities
What We are Looking For:
- Experience in health or social care is welcome, but not essential – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly, patient, and motivated to support others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A driver with access to a vehicle is a bonus, as some roles involve travel
