Job summary
We’re looking for reliable Packers to join our team. In this role, you’ll help make sure products are packed correctly and ready to go out on time. It’s a fast-paced, clean and friendly environment where attention to detail really matters, and your work will help keep everything running smoothly and customers happy.
Responsibilities
- Role involves packing tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits accurately and efficiently for dispatch and maintaining high standards of quality.
- You will be expected to work towards agreed productivity targets, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Check product quality during packing to meet company and customer standards.
- Safely handle materials, including lifting up to 16kg when needed.
- Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Support teammates to keep workflow efficient and solve any issues.
- Use basic math and English skills to maintain accurate records.
- Hours of work Monday to Friday - 7.45am to 3.45pm with overtime at peak periods.
Experience
- Previous packing or production experience is helpful, but not required—full training will be provided.
We’re keen to hear from motivated individuals who enjoy working in a busy, hands-on environment.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
