Fuel Coordinator
37.5 Hours per week
Up to £28,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fuel Coordinator to join our Fuel team. Reporting to the Fuel Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and value to our Members across the fuel portfolio.
Working closely with the wider fuel team, you will support fuel procurement activities, manage member enquiries and fuel orders, build strong Member relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the fuel category.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with both Members and suppliers. You'll also work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to support members and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Members wishing to discuss or place fuel orders.
- Manage the fuel inbox and oversee fuel order confirmations.
- Support the Fuel team in identifying growth opportunities and delivering fuel budget objectives.
- Work closely with the Service Hub to ensure a seamless delivery experience for members.
- Promote and manage fuel card solutions for members.
- Support tank monitoring activities and fuel ordering processes.
- Ensure operational processes are followed and business activity is accurately recorded and reported.
- Gather and act on member feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times and support wider teams during busy periods when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a busy environment. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Alongside this you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data management.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Norwich NR9 5BZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
