WE'RE OPENING A NEW BAGEL CAFÉ IN EAST LONDON
We're launching a distinctive independent bagel café and gifting concept in Green Lane, East London.
We're looking for an experienced bagel baker / bakery chef to help us develop our signature bagel range before launch.
You will help us: Develop our signature bagel recipe Create our initial menu Establish production processes Cost recipes Train our kitchen team Create standardised recipe cards Support our launch Experience with bagel production or high-quality yeasted dough is preferred. We're open to a short-term paid consultancy/project arrangement, with the possibility of an ongoing role.

Pay: £13.75 per hour
