About the Role
Help food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturers solve real operational challenges through intelligent factory design.
Working alongside clients, equipment suppliers and our internal project teams, you'll develop factory layouts, Revit models and concept designs that improve productivity, workflow, compliance and operational efficiency.
This role combines design, problem solving and client interaction. You'll spend time understanding how facilities operate, carrying out building surveys, capturing client requirements, modelling equipment and developing practical design solutions that can be clearly presented back to clients.
Using Revit/BIM, you'll create existing and proposed layouts, elevations, sections, demolition drawings and basic M&E layouts. You'll help develop concepts through to a stage where they can be handed over into technical design and project delivery.
We're less interested in previous food industry experience and more interested in your ability to listen, ask intelligent questions, communicate ideas and develop practical solutions to real-world challenges.
Full training will be provided on factory design, food manufacturing facilities and technical design principles.
