About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Encourage children's curiosity and development through creative, play-based learning.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Take responsibility as a Key Person, supporting children's individual learning journeys.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Promote safeguarding and children's wellbeing at all times.

- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has a sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Is enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
