MIG / TIG Welder
Redditch | £15.00 per hour | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm
We are seeking a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team based in Redditch.
This hands-on role requires proven expertise in working with mild steel and stainless steel, demonstrating proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components with precision.

Deliver welds consistently meeting high-quality standards.

Interpret and work accurately from technical and engineering drawings.

Prepare and finish components to meet operational specifications.

Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

Achieve production targets and deadlines reliably.
We are looking for a candidate who:

Has demonstrable experience in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.

Is confident working with mild steel and stainless steel materials.

Can accurately read and interpret technical drawings.

Exhibits excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Is reliable, diligent and available to start immediately or at short notice.
Please note that a weld test may be required as part of the recruitment process.
