This post ensure meals are delivered to the homes of service users who have pre ordered meals. Hours are mainly between 10am to 2pm over 7 days a week – the following casual posts are currently available:
Casual staff can be asked to work any day of the week covering for annual leave and absence as required
Casual staff receive payments in lieu of annual leave for hours worked

This work is about providing daily delivery of meals to service users on a specified daily route. Advising line manager regarding client welfare if required along with an understanding of client confidentiality. Completing relevant paperwork and general kitchen duties. Training to achieve an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate will be given. A full driving licence is essential for this post.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a Team.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post
