Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the healthcare facility.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to nursing practice.
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
