i am seeking a proactive and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to my brother. My brother has severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. He is 58 and has his own home.
Experience is necessary.

Duties
- Manage and organize with my brother where possible my brother‘s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including driving my brother to various locations as needed, or accompanying my brother on public transport which he enjoys.
- Support to administer medication.
- Sleeping in is also a part of the role paid hourly as my brother requires 24/7 care and support.
- Support with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and IT-related issues
- Communicate effectively with all staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information at all times
- Provide general assistance around the home or care environment to facilitate daily routines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar supportive role
- Valid driving license with clean driving record; comfortable with regular driving duties
- Familiarity with care procedures is necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
