ABOUT THE ROLE
The Old Packet House is a much-loved traditional British local with a tight-knit team and high standards. We're looking for a passionate and reliable Bar & Floor Staff member to join us on a permanent part-time basis, someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes real pride in making every guest feel welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Serving drinks and food to a consistently high standard
- Keeping the bar and floor clean, stocked and well-presented at all times
- Delivering warm, attentive service to every guest, regular or new face
- Working as part of a small, supportive team to keep the pub running smoothly
- Completing online training modules to develop your skills and knowledge
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or bar environment (desirable)
- A warm, friendly manner and a genuine passion for customer service
- High personal standards and real attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality. Your team depends on you
- Availability to work at least one shift per weekend
CONTRACT & HOURS
- Permanent part-time contract. 16 hours minimum per week
- Flexible shifts across the week, with at least one weekend shift required
- Competitive hourly wage dependent on age and experience, in line with National Minimum Wage legislation
