Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Business Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will provide support and manage administrative tasks, coordinate events, and support team members across various departments. You will be required to attend quarterly meetings, to act as a company officer and to sign and witness agreements during our day to day business activities. Duties
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings to optimize team productivity
- Oversee the management of agreements within the Business, including signing and witnessing thereto
- Attend quarterly meetings
- Providing assistance on clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements
- No experience is required initially, we'll provide all the support and training
- An interest in Business
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Driving licence and own vehicle
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently using calendar management tools; multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £6,130.00-£11,874.00 per year
